Please wait for an answer from the devs. In my Dudu I have a Lebara SIM card and it worked from the start. I have another friend that has DUDU. He uses another provider and also no problems. A bit more details like your country and the providers that you tried with Dudu would help a lot. Please make sure you have the correct APN settings. Normally you would find them on every GSM providers website.
