krysmitch57 you must contact the sim company and they will give you the settings for APN, i had the same problem

krysmitch57 No need to make double posts. I have never heard about this situation. Please wait for an answer from the devs. In my Dudu I have a Lebara SIM card and it worked from the start. I have another friend that has DUDU. He uses another provider and also no problems. A bit more details like your country and the providers that you tried with Dudu would help a lot. Please make sure you have the correct APN settings. Normally you would find them on every GSM providers website.

Hello, thanks for your answer, I am from Canada, and here we have Rogers Telecommunication, and Bell Telecommunication, also some smaller companies subordinate to these two, if you go to check the IMEI number, it can not be found in the system, and they start the SIM card activation and APN from there. in Europe it may look a bit different.

What about "Google find my device"? The most simple one.

And if you had the possibility to register it in China and it gets stolen in the Netherlands, USA, Spain, Poland, etcetera.
What are the chances you think you will ever get it back.
Better use "Google find my device", or one of the paid services.
