Hello DUDU team and forum members,

I would like to ask for clarification regarding fuel consumption data shown on the DUDU head unit.
This is not a complaint, but rather a technical question to understand where the issue comes from and how it can be solved.

Car: Mazda 3 BL, year 2010
Head unit: Mekede M500 running DUDU OS 3.7b2 251321
CANBUS: installed and working (other parameters are read correctly). Protocol I use is Mazda 3 overseas

Description of the issue

I have attached several photos for reference.

Photo 1 – OEM Mazda display:
The original factory screen shows average fuel consumption = 9.4 L/100 km.

Photo 2 & 3 – DUDU head unit:
The same parameter, read by DUDU, is shown as 94.4 L/100 km.
So it looks like the decimal point is shifted one position to the right.

To double-check, I reset the average fuel consumption in the car:

OEM display shows 10.2 L/100 km

DUDU shows 101.9 L/100 km

This fully confirms that the value itself is correct, but the decimal placement is wrong.

Current economy (instant consumption)

There is also another strange value:

Current economy = 6553.4 L/100 km

My OEM Mazda display does not show current/instant consumption, but logically this value should probably be around 6.5 L/100 km, not thousands.
So it looks like the same scaling / decimal issue exists here as well.

My questions

Is this issue caused by DUDU OS interpretation of CAN data, or

Is it more likely a CANBUS firmware / protocol issue, meaning I should contact the CANBUS manufacturer?

Is this something the DUDU team can fix on the software side, or

Is there (or could there be) a manual correction / calibration option (for example: divisor ×10 / ÷10 for fuel consumption)?

Additional issue – A/C information not displayed

There is one more related issue that may be important.

The A/C (climate control) information is no longer displayed at all:

DUDU does not show any A/C data (temperature, fan, mode, etc.)

Even the native FYT A/C window (the original pop-up screen from FYT) does not appear anymore

When I change cabin temperature or A/C settings, nothing is shown on the screen

This A/C window worked before, and I did not change any climate hardware.
