UIS7862S processor, resolution 1280x720. I wanted to install DUDUOS_DUDU6_Global(7862_Test16)240522. The installation went smoothly, the only thing I wanted to change in the developer options was the smallest dpi width from 660 to 480. The main screen has poor scaling, the bottom bar is missing and the left side does not appear on the entire screen. I don't have any photos, sorry. The only available option is the smallest width of 660 dpi. any other that tries to change the home screen is scaled incorrectly. With such a minimum width you cannot use Dudu OS
Mekede M6 pro 3d Dpi change error, main screen goes haywire
DUDU LAUNCHER is a fixed DPI design. Manually modifying the DPI generally does not have good results. You can try to extract the local config txt modification, which is located in /fem/app/config txt
@YAOXILONG this is another case when the interface is too small. this user wanted to change dpi so everything is bigger
YAOXILONG This is very bad, Mekede M6 pro screen, you can change the dpi in developer options - the start screen allows such modifications. Too bad you don't have a choice. Dudu looks nice, I'm delighted with it, but without changing the dpi you can't use it while driving, everything is too small. This means that the future only looks promising on large screens, because on smaller screens it is impossible to use navigation while driving and it is very easy to have an accident. This is very bad news. Everything looks beautiful, but many people will be discouraged, especially if they have vision problems.
YAOXILONG The news is so bad that I doubt that manufacturers producing Android radios will suddenly switch to larger radios. It is unlikely that such a radio will look good everywhere. If it was possible to change dpi, you would give the choice, more people would be delighted. Nowadays it's hard to buy a radio with the ability to change dpi, it looks like the future is heading in the wrong direction. In my opinion, drivers should be supported to reduce the effects of collisions while using navigation. It's just a pity that developers have such a strange vision for the future

YAOXILONG Why phones have high resolution and in developer versions the initial screen is even smaller than 480dpi. You can watch movies even in 4k or 8k, and the navigation looks good. Radio manufacturers have the opposite vision of the future and it is a very bad idea. I'm glad that phone manufacturers didn't come up with such a bad idea as those producing Android radios and their screen overlays, in which the initial screen in developer options is 720dpi. In a way, an Android radio is like a telephone, so it should be similar, but here it is different
Maybe you could allow to change the DPI for testing purposes and we will see what happens.
If necessary, you can change the system DPI through adb commands or modify the config file, but it will not take effect on the launcher.
In the future, we will consider launching a low-DPI layout for small-size screens.

hello, I unpacked /fem/app/config txt, which I now have to enter to display larger applications on the screen, I don't want to do anything myself. I understand that I have to overwrite it on the radio then. The initial resolution as in the developer options in another radio was 480. Dudu os is great, but please teach me how to upload a modified entry to the radio.
wybitny2 you have to flash a modified config.txt file of your unit together with a binary file that is fitting your device. Two files on a USB stick - that's it.
Binary files depend on your device:
lsec6315update for the uis7862(s) e.g. Mekede m6pro
lsec6316update for the uis8581a
