Hi.
I want to use dark theme always no matter is it day or night mode, to achieve this I can set up always night setting and it works ok. Also I set up brightness to 0 both for day and night. When it's light outside the brightness is okay, but it is too bright when it is dark outside so I need to use extreme low brightness setting and it also works okay.
BUT here is the problem: extreme low brightness works in this scenario always, no matter if headlight turned on or off, so when it's day outside then the display is too dim.
Alternative to this I choose dark theme for both day and night mode, also choose dark theme for nav bar according. In this scenario I can use normal brightness on day and extreme low on night. BUT there is another problem: in this case when it's day main screen is dark, everything dark, but launcher menus, some built-in apps are still with white theme.
Also apps that use system style them remain white.
So my proposal is:
- Add some switch to extreme low light settings that will allow to use it only paired to the headlamp switch (so even if I chose always night mode this setting will only effective when car lights are on)
or
- Rework night theme so all interfaces goes dark according to theme.
