Opel Insignia Center console not working
No, the second way Your original cd host is still working fine.
Dudu is for entertainment only.
Asked the tech. You can't keep the original cd on this model.
That's why this button doesn't work.

You have a CD player and the physical buttons are the CD player's own buttons which only control the CD player.
When you change the big screen car machine, the power supply and speaker cable to the CD host are disconnected, so the CD does not work, and the physical buttons that come with the CD player will not work.
If you want to keep the original CD host, it is estimated that you need to enter in the case of not unplugging the CD cable to modify their own flywire out to connect to the big screen car machine alone to be able to. This we do not have the technical conditions, you can study by yourself if necessary.

@DUDU-Meng I believe the control panel is connected via Canbus to original CD box. I have seen other Android HU take input from the control panel after removing the cd box:

Confirmed working on my Dudu7 in my Meriva B (same generation car). I can adjust volume using the rotary controller and select FM radio playback.
@surfer63 Have you connected all the connectors on the CD400 panel (the important one is the black connector on the middle position on the right) and which CANBUS profile have you selected?
@ DUDU_lai
There is no way to get these buttons to work as before.
These buttons control the OEM CD main unit, but do not access the Android radio!
Ford Ecosport models have similar panel buttons, but only the up/down song buttons or volume knob work!

What model of the radio? Any link to where you bought it? Photos of the wiring harness and CAN decoder with the model label clearly visible? Maybe it's enough to change the car model in the CAN settings of the radio to something else? Maybe Astra J, Buick, Regal? Try different settings and restart the device each time.

Radio is Dudu 7 https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005008126580678.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.11.21ef1c24F4guZB&gatewayAdapt=glo2pol
I tried every car model that made sense.
I'll take out the radio and take the photos tomorrow ,but the harness looks like this one.

Bury First of all, take a photo of the CAN box you received and check if all available plugs are properly connected to the sockets on the button panel.
If this is exactly the unit you sent the link to, there might be a problem, because there’s no mention anywhere that it’s specifically for the Insignia or even for Opel in general — and Opels are quite particular when it comes to head units. You really need a radio tailored to the exact model.
