DUDU-Meng You have selected Europe as your region. Which country are you actually located in? It appears to be a network issue.

Janebo DUDU-Meng Hi, I was installing the app, I see this is a newer version, but the fault with account connect and disconnect is still there when language is set to Norwegian in the Android setting, it only stay connected if the language is set to English
Popescu Janebo Hi, i confirm the same problem. I have language Romanian, if is selected romanian the account is disconnected, if i select English stay conncted. I have the Dudu 7 with last update, but it was the same on previous update.
