Why dose my account on my dudu 7 head unit say disconnected? I have data but it says my account is disconnected

    Are you talking about a live service disconnect, or an account disconnect?
    For live service, you can turn on auto-connect - click on Service Disconnected, then click on Auto-connect in the popup box.

    When using auto connection it will cycle between connected and disconnected all the time, is that normal behavior?

        DUDU-Meng no not this account, I managed to fix the problem, I did a reset on the Head unit and after that the problem was solved, staying connected now

        This is normal. Account connection requires connection to the server.
