No Network (Solved)

Hello.
I installed new HU ( 8Gb-128 ) and now the network won't work. My old installation was also an android device, so I have therefore used the old connectors that fit, except for the 4g and gps antennas, which I changed to new ones. HU has registered the SIM card but there is NO signal and no network.
I have changed the Sim holder, but no difference either Any ideas??? I'm going out of my minde

Allan After installing any SIM you should dreboot the unit. I am using Lebara in Denmark without any problems.

Allan go to settings/system/android settings/wireless networks and at the very top right corner of the screen you will see little circle thingy. Touch it and should reset networks

Allan right below mobile networks is network settings and in their at the top right corner is the circle thing

Here you have photos where to reset the network settings. The problem might be with your provider, as DUDU devices don't support all the bands here in Europe.

i now tried resetting network settings, and then reboot, but didnt fix annything 🙁

Allan If it still not working try to get on the Telegram group. In the HW(hardware) support thread more than sure you'll find a solution for your problem. Have you tried another SIM card from another operator just to rule it out?

Allan What I can advise you, although I am not an expert, Try another operator like Lycamobile or Lebara. For me these two worked without problems. Check the wiring and the pins of the SIM adapter.

Allan By any chance do you have a PIN code set on the SIM card? If you have put it on a phone and disable the PIN code.

MihaiFlorin sim works flawlessly in an old phone, as soon as I move it back and reboot, it's like before, no mobile network 😪

Please tell us where you are located and the name of the operator of your sim card.
Also open Android Settings Mobile Network to check the status of your SIM card.
