Here you have photos where to reset the network settings. The problem might be with your provider, as DUDU devices don't support all the bands here in Europe.

i now tried resetting network settings, and then reboot, but didnt fix annything 🙁

Allan If it still not working try to get on the Telegram group. In the HW(hardware) support thread more than sure you'll find a solution for your problem. Have you tried another SIM card from another operator just to rule it out?

Allan What I can advise you, although I am not an expert, Try another operator like Lycamobile or Lebara. For me these two worked without problems. Check the wiring and the pins of the SIM adapter.

Allan By any chance do you have a PIN code set on the SIM card? If you have put it on a phone and disable the PIN code.

MihaiFlorin sim works flawlessly in an old phone, as soon as I move it back and reboot, it's like before, no mobile network 😪

Please tell us where you are located and the name of the operator of your sim card.
Also open Android Settings Mobile Network to check the status of your SIM card.

Allan Honestly I will try Lebara SIM card. For me it worked out of the box. You can find it in any kiosk. Or even order it online. Just buy the cheapest one, doesn't matter. If Lebara doesn't work then your problem is elsewhere, not the provider. But if Lebara Works the problem is Telmore.

Allan Or try to search the APN settings for Telmore and introduce them manually in the DUDU device.

I thought, that graph with used internet, is mobile network and not wifi, as I first thought? Does that mean it worked?

Allan Sincerely if you get full signal I think your problem is with APN settings.
