MihaiFlorin Allan https://forum.dudu-auto.com/d/955-tutorial-how-to-auto-enable-hotspot-from-the-iphone/8 Here you have photos where to reset the network settings. The problem might be with your provider, as DUDU devices don't support all the bands here in Europe.
MihaiFlorin Allan After installing any SIM you should dreboot the unit. I am using Lebara in Denmark without any problems.
MihaiFlorin Allan If it still not working try to get on the Telegram group. In the HW(hardware) support thread more than sure you'll find a solution for your problem. Have you tried another SIM card from another operator just to rule it out?
MihaiFlorin Allan What I can advise you, although I am not an expert, Try another operator like Lycamobile or Lebara. For me these two worked without problems. Check the wiring and the pins of the SIM adapter.
MihaiFlorin Allan By any chance do you have a PIN code set on the SIM card? If you have put it on a phone and disable the PIN code.
MihaiFlorin Allan Again, let us know if your problem gets solved so we know in the future to help others in the same situation. Thank you!
Allan MihaiFlorin sim works flawlessly in an old phone, as soon as I move it back and reboot, it's like before, no mobile network 😪
DUDU-Meng Please tell us where you are located and the name of the operator of your sim card. Also open Android Settings Mobile Network to check the status of your SIM card.
