  • Best OBDII?

ahmedjassm I have Corolla Hybrid and the only data that I get is cooling liquid temp and battery (12v) voltage.

    MihaiFlorin
I am getting the battery voltage even without the OBDII.
I think it is measured by the head unit, not sure.

I got VEEPEAK OBDII, it is works perfectly with Dr. Prius and Hybrid Assistance apps. But it doesn’t connect to DUDU OS.
I just want to share this with you in case you want to try these apps.

ahmedjassm I have Vgate vLinker Mc+. Same situation. It works perfect with Dr. Prius and Hybrid Assistant but I can't make it work with Dudu.

@"ahmedjassm"#p2796Yes. The host itself can obtain the voltage.

MihaiFlorin Because foreign OBD may be different from our domestic products, this needs to be matched according to the equipment. Tomorrow I will ask the developer if I can get some samples to match.

          That will be greatly appreciate!

dudu-langzi I already provided a sample of vLinker MC+ to your team. But the devs said to have patience because it is not on the priority list at the moment.

I need a new OBD2. Mine is an old slow BT2 model.
Will OBDLink SX be supported anytime soon?
Should I wait for development, or order one of the adapters recommended in Telegram channel?

Can you share the list of adapters listed on Telegram please? I would like to buy one that definitely works!

Can you make this work for the XTOOL A20pro? I think it requires password protected pairing which would be good to have for security. I was also wondering if odb with usb-c cable could work.

I mentioned earlier that I have 3 OBD dongles and none of them worked.
I just saw the list on Telegram and one of my OBD dongles is that Noname one.

It did work on my Mekede 500S, but not on my dudu7. Not via the settings, as it should be done, and neither when trying to directly couple it in Bluetooth.
I guess it is a hit and miss. How many "confirmed Noname working" reports are there?

Edit: yaoxilong advised me then to try with Bluetooth= 0 instead of 7. It didn' t make any difference.

Определенно есть проблемы с работой OBD в лаунчере. И команде DUDUAUTO нужно над этим поработать. Мы уже сообщали им об этом.

BasTijs For security, simply chose OBD-adapters with a physical pairing button (OBDLink, vLinker MC+, etc.)

gismo For these OBDs with physical pairing button, do you know of which one that works with duduos?

pvtri96 Not yet but vLinker MC+ seems closest as Duduauto have been provided with one for testing.
I've been using one with my former radio and continuing to use it with Dudu7. It pairs fine and works with the apps I need (Carscanner, VAG-DPF, etc.) just not yet with the internal DuduOS functionality but that's not so important to me as it's too basic anyway. For instance I need to look at clutch temps when doing certain off-road tracks...

gismo I have the OBDLIinkMX+ that has a button and a cheap Amazon elm327 ad neither of them work

dudu-langzi was there an update to this? did any of the devs do anything to get some of the foreign ODBs working? I specifically want the OBDlink SX to work since it's the most affordable usb odb2 scanner i've found in the US, and wanted the fastest updates compared to bluetooth. it works with torque for anyone reading this, just not natively with the OS
