Whistler Mikescotland genuinely devastated, when I purchased the unit I got the highest spec one I could with the biggest screen that would fit in my car thinking it worked with the 360 cameras. I even double checked before buying the camera and was told it would work :-(
Astrolux Whistler Unfortunately you only have a BT chip and you need to replace it with one like the one shown above with the 360 chip.
Whistler Mikescotland No, I ordered it just before christmas and havn't had the time or money to buy and install the 360 cams till now :-( Although I was going to message them about the screen as the glass is lifting but it hasn't really caused me a problem so have just lived with it
Whistler hafiz_tahir dudu-lai So chat on Alibaba is being no help at all, they just seem to be ignoring the fact I have an issue. sent an email to support@duduauto.us and they have told me that I need to talk to the shop on Alibaba so I honestly dont know what to do :-( This is the store that I have ordered everything from, is it even the genuine store???

Mikescotland Whistler other thread - you bought not a Dudu tpms but some other one, install app that came with it and turn on "third party tpms" in Dudu, might work. If not, it's not compatible, so you will have to use its own app.

MartyC I have the same problem with a brand new install. Purchased head unit and 360 cameras from dudauto store on AliExpress. I have been communicating with customer support but so far all suggested fixes have not worked. I'm now waiting for an engineer to review the issue. Significantly the lens type available via the menu has neither the 307 model or the 662 option which I purchased. I'm guessing this is likely the cause of the issue but don't know how to download a new driver (if that's the correct term) list so that I can select a 662 option. Any thoughts?

Teklock IMO this is a DUDU issue/error and not so much the seller. According to the box you posted, the HU should have the 360 chip. Seems to me DUDU didn't put the right HU in the box. Was the box sealed?
