How do I install the 360 app on my dudu7? I tried factory reset to add it on the initial setup but since updating to the latest OS it is no longer showing. I have a dudu7 11.5, 12gb ram, 512 storage

Whistler there is no 360 chip in your headunit looking at this.
Either it has not been soldered or, there is bad solder so it's not recognised.
In gnss line on this picture there should be additional signature for 360 chip, it's not present on your picture.

When i purchased this from the official mekede store on alibaba I was under the impression this unit had the 360 chip in it but after searching online I'm not sure.

Whistler from the stats you posted, there is no chip inside. Not sure if it was supposed to be in (label on the packaging says 360).

Whistler possibly, though the pic is misleading, text below would suggest it is the IC chip. It will be something like this:

The big black one at the bottom.
However, depending on your abilities and tools, are you convinced you're going to solder such IC to the board?

I'm just stunned they did that "ic chip - no ic chip" disaster to save literally 4USD per unit when it already costs a lot.

Mikescotland genuinely devastated, when I purchased the unit I got the highest spec one I could with the biggest screen that would fit in my car thinking it worked with the 360 cameras. I even double checked before buying the camera and was told it would work :-(

Unfortunately you only have a BT chip and you need to replace it with one like the one shown above with the 360 chip.

Mikescotland No, I ordered it just before christmas and havn't had the time or money to buy and install the 360 cams till now :-( Although I was going to message them about the screen as the glass is lifting but it hasn't really caused me a problem so have just lived with it

So chat on Alibaba is being no help at all, they just seem to be ignoring the fact I have an issue. sent an email to support@duduauto.us and they have told me that I need to talk to the shop on Alibaba so I honestly dont know what to do :-(

This is the store that I have ordered everything from, is it even the genuine store???

Starting to think my unit is just fubar, cant get the TPMS or the 2k dvr to work :-(
