DUDU-Meng Connecting the OBD through the DUDUOS Device menu does not work with third-party applications like "Torque Pro" that I am using... For this I need to connect my OBD adapter through the default Android Bluetooth settings menu. Then it works correctly with Torque.

I use some custom PIDs that I have entered by hand in Torque Pro for proprietary DPF parameters for my car. I am not sure that I can see advanced parameters through DUDU OS. If I am wrong, I would be grateful to you if you could tell me how I could do it.

Also, there is another bug related to Bluetooth of DUDU OS. If I have my phone paired and then I pair my OBD adapter through the Setting > External Devices > OBD Menu, then I can see only the name of the OBD adapter as connected. The phone is connected but there is no name for it in the bluetooth menu. Even if the OBD adapter is not connected the next time I start the car, and only my phone is connected to DUDU7, in the settings it writes that the current connected device is the OBD adapter. So the name of my phone has been replaced by the name of the adapter... Then if I delete the OBD pairing, it deletes also my phone pairing and I need to pair my phone again and then it's name is displayed correctly. But if I pair again the OBD adapter after that the name of the phone is dissapeared and replaced by the name of the OBD adapter. You need to fix this bug for the next update of DUDU OS...

You've misunderstood. The external standalone Bluetooth device used with DUDU connects to your phone. Think of it as a Bluetooth headset—it does not support other BLE protocols.
OBD utilizes the system Bluetooth found in Android Settings > Bluetooth.
Please do not attempt to connect any Bluetooth devices other than your phone within the Bluetooth phone settings.

I am also encountering an error when playing music via Bluetooth in version 3.6E. The music is still displayed on the Dudu OS screen, but there is no sound output. On my phone, it still indicates that music is playing through Dudu OS.

King_of_mar1311 Sounds like the same problem. Mine still it's fixed.
Can you make a phone call via bluetooth and can you hear the other side through the speakers? That doesn't work in my situation.

base to everyone. Do you have by any chance 360 camera with recording on usb stick? Exactly the same behaviour with Bluetooth happened when 360 camera failed to write to the stick / bad usb stick, for some reasons Bluetooth wasn't playing though showing on the screen. When removed the stick and restarted, all was normal. I've replaced the stick and it's working normally.

The Bluetooth phone only produces sound through the front speakers. You may want to check if there are any wiring issues.
Alternatively, go to Settings > Sound, drag the volume slider to the front left and front right channels to test if system media and navigation audio still function.

Mikescotland I have no 360 camera's and no USB stick connected...

DUDU-Meng All 4 speakers work correct: I can move the sound to all individual speakers while listening to the radio. With BT audio and BT phone: no sound at all.
I've also played with the sound mixer settings, but no result.

How can we try to pinpoint the real problem and solve it? It's almost taking up 2 month now...
Is there any older BT firmware or older MCU firmware to test? Can we run a debug test to see if there's BT audio data coming in?

DUDU-Meng No. There is no BT music coming out of the speakers. But the BT interface works for viewing, pausing and skipping tracks.
Same for making a phone call: I can make a call, have a functional interface, but I can not hear the other party. They can hear me via the DUDU7 microphone.

What does work: FM Radio gives sound, audio via android auto, other calling party hears me.
(I'm the starter of this thread with still the same issue. See first posts.)

So no bluetooth audio stream from phone to DUDU7 unit/speakers.

The log analysis from your last submission didn't pinpoint the cause. Our engineers suspect it's likely due to a loose solder joint in the Bluetooth module. You can contact sales for repair or replacement options.
Additionally, you can try testing with another phone nearby. If the issue persists across devices, it's likely a hardware problem.
