We can try what you recommend and start the sound settings fresh. Thats probly what we are going to have to do anyways now since we tuned for the amp and we are going to remove it. A little word of advice. With the amp you are gettingā¦ be carefull with the molex plugging it into the back of the radio. We tried to remove it but man its really stuck inside there. We spent a good 5 to 10 mins trying but had no luck. The tolerance is extremely tight on mine. We are probly going to have to remove the unit to try and get it out. We are worried about the board comming off with it because it just does not want to come out. It just stays locked in and wiggles. Holding the radio while one person tries to finagle it out with all the wires while trying to be carefull with holding the screen is a big concern. So as of this moment im stuck with the amp installed till we can get it out.
My installer/tuner does not have the tool you are mentioning.
Btw please report back after you installed the amp. Im just hoping i dont have a faulty dudu7 like people have mentioned. I dont know how to test or prove it. All the extra unwanted sounds was not there before the amp install so not sure.
