DUDU-Meng 79Red I watched your video. Honestly, I'm not sure what the reason is either. You can try swapping the data cable you use with your laptop onto the DUDU7 for testing.
79Red I swapped cables and it didn't work either. One thing I noticed is that my other screen didn't have touchscreen and it worked, but in the Android Setting -> Wired setting, it shows up as HDMI plugged in. But I'm using USB-C cable.
DUDU-Meng 79Red If your screen lacks touch functionality, it only transmits data via the HDMI video protocol. If your screen supports touch and speakers, the connection protocol will also differ.
DUDU-Meng 79Red Yes, we use the standard video data protocol, and other customers' OneTouch portable screens have all worked normally. We haven't encountered any cases where they couldn't be used. So I'm not sure where the problem lies with your current situation.
79Red DUDU-Meng i asked the screen manufacturer and they asked if this unit supports "usb c support dp alt mode" Does it? Thank you for the help
79Red DUDU-Meng Hi, it is 1540x720. Here is the amazon link for it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FGCVT6P2
DUDU-Meng 79Red Alright, I'll check with the relevant personnel first. I can't guarantee we'll be able to resolve this screen compatibility issue.
79Red Hi, here is my version info, I hope this helps. Do you need the Ylog too? There is no software bug, just I can't get the display to work.
79Red DUDU-Meng Here's the YLOG as requested as well: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gQRz2Bg73QKSDs0_SpDpBpQhR8G2rao3/view?usp=drive_link
DUDU-Meng 79Red No results yet. The engineers on the ground say they need hardware to test properly, but we don't have the screen for testing right now. Let's start by analyzing the logs to see if there's a solution.
