the original radio is in AUX mode which it has to do to get sound from the player. the old screen is also left where it was because the car cannot work if you remove it.
since the canbus box overrides the old player so it is locked in AUX mode and you can't do anything on it, you can't listen to music other than from the aux input on the radio.
before installing the new radio when you listened to music the original old system didn't jump to the next song by itself every now and then. then it only changed songs when a button was pressed.
so I don't understand how it can send that command. all other buttons such as Air conditioning work just as they should. the only problem is that it jumps to the next song by itself sometimes.
can I make a suggestion to remove all buttons that have to jump to the next song or previous song from the canbus box then you can just press the screen when you want to because it's not that difficult.
then everything will be fine.
