Incoming/outgoing calls display no contact info

I changed '1-541-887-xxxx' to '+1-541-887-xxxx' and incoming/outgoing calls seem to work now, just need correct formatting.

Is there a way to remove or change the Chinese character in front of the time? I think that character translates to 'morning' could we get an AM/PM possibly?

sorry for the late reply, I was trying to install it. I have no idea how to install it.
I put the apk on root of a flash drive formatted in fat32.
I copied .apk to new folder 'btoothupdate' under local.

I tried localupdate under bluetooth update and got "Incorrect update file selected, please choose again":

this was not the apk you provided, need assistance on how to flash that .apk. My unit is Dudu7, i'm unsure if a 7870 firmware will work? thanks

I tested this with the following numbers:
a google voice number: +1 541-887-xxxx
my sons main number: +1 541-880-xxxx
and my number tethered to unit with Bluetooth: +1 541-591-xxxx

I changed the formatting for 3 different tests in my contact info for these numbers. The first test I used the following formatting for the incoming numbers:
(541)887-xxxx
(541)880-xxxx
this formatting showed the name on both incoming calls, but the picture in contact info did not display.

this formatting showed the name on the 887 number for incoming calls(google voice) but did not show the name on the 880 number. Neither displayed the picture on the contact info.

this is still an issue if using a format outside of +1 xxx-xxx-xxxx. But I changed all of my numbers in contact list to fit this formatting, so I have no issues now. However, if you sell units to people inside the USA and they do not have their contacts formatted in this specific way, they will encounter this problem unless they change their contact formatting to match the +1 xxx-xxx-xxxx.

The AM/PM formatting is better than the chinese characters, is it possible to move the AM/PM after the time, and put a space after?
