1.79v at max volume, clean signal
DUDU7 RCA Pre-Out voltage
Sub output needs to be at +10 in settings/sound/advanced to match 1.78 of front and rear. For sq I’d get a line driver at minimum or go dsp

I havent personally used the optical out yet. I run an Audio Control matrix plus with mine and it made a world of difference. With the shallow mount of dudu I was able to get some 1.5’ rcas, and one splitter for the single sub out and fit it right behind the du. I also found the internal EQ doesn’t like to be pushed more than +3 or so db on some frequencies so if tuning a curve, I would take away instead of add then compensate with line driver.

I did have this problem before on another Android headunit and did solder the RCA outputs directly to the DSP chip then the signal was 100%. This RCA signal is not usable for me so I will open the unit and look if a can do this again will post a picture of the solution.

Sound output via RCA is pretty poor quality. Not something that you expect from a product like Dudu7, it is more like a cheap $100 android head unit. Luckily my amp could take speaker level inputs and that sound pretty good.
SQ build!? ... best option is digital to your DSP amplifier.
Just use the optical connection to your DSP amplifier.
Using rca FL,FR,RL,RR and sub into helix dsp amp then output to speaker and subwoofer.
Will I get a good SQ result?
So for the dudu7 a dsp would be a good investment? Will it help my rca setup?
abidali Don't you lose control of the volume using usb-c output?
Sure I read that somewhere.

Thanks
for the reply.
Is it the same using optical output ?
Volume still got to be controlled externally ?

Kasper618 Amir measured it at 4.6V for 85dB on audiosciencereview here.
That's quite the discrepancy, wonder what's going on, how did you measure it?
