AC Display Only Changes Temperature When Set to Celsius

2013 Hyundai Genesis, American model. Dudu7-12-256GB-9.5.
The temperature pop-up only changes temperature when I have my vehicle programed in Celsius. When I switch to Fahrenheit. The temperature stays on 63F.
I can switch my temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius by holding down the Mode and Dual button for 4secs.
I have tried to upload pictures and video to this post with no success. I have also tried just one picture.
How do I attach a video and pictures to a post?
I get notice, "Upload max file size limit reached from php.ini."

I started seeking technical help using your Installation Discussion. I was instructed to switch to this forum and share pictures and video. I'm unable to share pictures or video in this forum.
Brief summary of problem. The floating Air Conditioning only shows a change in temperature when in Celsius. When I switch to Fahrenheit. It only shows 63F at all times.
Under Can bus settings for the OD-HY-21 Can bus type. I only see the Hyundai Tucson listed. It does not work.
I been using the Can bus Raise setting. With the Raise setting, I have the Rohens model listed. But I do not have the American model Genesis, which uses Fahrenheit.
Once again I tried to upload one picture and I get the same red notice, "max file size reached".

Why can't you upload pictures?
Every user can do that. There is the media button below in the "edit" bar. You upload photos and select the photo you want to use in your post. Screenshots made on the unit work fine. Photos from my camera (16MP) work fine as well.
I believe that videos might be too big to upload.

@dudu-lai The fact that AC stays on 63F has been mentioned earlier in the forum as well as in the telegram groups.
