2013 Hyundai Genesis

Installed a Dudu7 12-256-9.5 in a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Sedan, in America. The Air Conditioning temperature display will only function when switched to Celsius. When switched to Fahrenheit. The temperature display only shows 63F. What do I need to do to get technical help with this issue?

Note: My CANBUS is an OD-HY-21. Under CANBUS settings, the OD CANBUS only has the Hyundai Tucson listed. Which is a SUV. My 2013 Hyundai Genesis is not listed under OD settings.
I set the CANBUS setting to RISE. Make-Hyundai. Model-Rohns(Genesis is "Not" listed). Rohns is an Asian Model.
Most of my steering wheel buttons are working. The problem is the Air Conditioning display, only works in Celsius.
