dudu-lai Denny7 Do you have a multimeter to measure the voltage? Unplug the USB harness and measure the pins on the back of the mainframe to make sure you have 5V power supply
Denny7 dudu-lai yes sir there is 5 volts. Still no usb or won't recognized dudu 2k dvr. The red light is on but no connection. PLEASE HELP!
Denny7 Ok I will tomorrow. One the 2k dvr the read light is on. When I plug my phone to the c usb it charges it but don't connect to it.

lockc It was recognized by enabling external storage write permission in the developer options settings.
JhonnyD Looks like the two usb plugs are not pressed deep enough into the port. Sometimes those plugs feels like they are plugged well but look at it.
Denny7 dudu-lai i tried a different one because the usb don't work on the blue ones was just testing.
dudu-lai Denny7 Can you try using the blue 4P plug cable? I've never had it charge, but not read the flash drive!
