Looks like the two usb plugs are not pressed deep enough into the port.

Sometimes those plugs feels like they are plugged well but look at it.

dudu-lai yes sir there is 5 volts. Still no usb or won't recognized dudu 2k dvr. The red light is on but no connection. PLEASE HELP!

dudu-lai i tried a different one because the usb don't work on the blue ones was just testing.

I've never had it charge, but not read the flash drive!

Ich bin noch immer der Meinung, dass die Stecker nicht richtig sitzen.

Ich habe es mehrfach gehabt, dass die nicht richtig saßen und man glaubt es ist ok.

Ich habe dann die Sicherung gedrückt und den Stecker weiter rein gedrückt.

Dann ging es.

Kann ja sein, dass es in Deinem Fall auch so ist.

dudu-lai the guy keeps telling me he is waiting to hear back from engineer and the are testing the issue. But I asked him how are they testing my problem. Is there a usb chip on the screen?
