Denny7 Do you have a multimeter to measure the voltage?
Unplug the USB harness and measure the pins on the back of the mainframe to make sure you have 5V power supply

      Ok I will tomorrow. One the 2k dvr the read light is on. When I plug my phone to the c usb it charges it but don't connect to it.

        Denny7 I meant on the 2k dvr the red light comes on but no connection.

          Denny7 какое подключение вы ждёте от телефона. Это не компьютер. Подключение телефона как накопителя не будет. Вы пробовали вставить usb flash drive?

              Chubaka885 yes format it and tried usb drive no connection

                It was recognized by enabling external storage write permission in the developer options settings.

                              Looks like the two usb plugs are not pressed deep enough into the port.

                              Sometimes those plugs feels like they are plugged well but look at it.

                              dudu-lai yes sir there is 5 volts. Still no usb or won't recognized dudu 2k dvr. The red light is on but no connection. PLEASE HELP!

                                  What kind of harness is this, you should use a USB cable with blue plugs

                                      dudu-lai i tried a different one because the usb don't work on the blue ones was just testing.

                                          Denny7 Can you try using the blue 4P plug cable?
                                          I've never had it charge, but not read the flash drive!

                                                Ich bin noch immer der Meinung, dass die Stecker nicht richtig sitzen.

                                                Ich habe es mehrfach gehabt, dass die nicht richtig saßen und man glaubt es ist ok.

                                                Ich habe dann die Sicherung gedrückt und den Stecker weiter rein gedrückt.

                                                Dann ging es.

                                                Kann ja sein, dass es in Deinem Fall auch so ist.
