• DUDU OS
  • Dudu7 no usb

Thanks for getting back to me. I am using the dudu7 usb cables that came with the unit. And dudu7 2k dvr. The screen is a dudu7 8-128
There is no usb settings on the screen.

Denny7 When you go to the file manager you don't see any USB devices? Or you want to install the 2k DVR? Please provide your system info like in the link that I posted earlier. When you insert a USB drive and go to the Files app you should see USB1, USB2 or USB3 like in the picture attached.
You must press the area circled in order to access the content of the USB drive.

        Usb don't work

I had to enable the Android developer settings in my device before USB media was recognized. try

Can you please tell me how to do it. I can find developer settings it says need subscription

        Can't find developer mode

I figured it out but no luck. Shucks!

Denny7 вы пробовали все входы USB? (одинарный USB, двойной USB, USb-C) Ни один из них не работает?

Yes none will work. The c will charge my phone but no connection.

Denny7 Can both single and dual USB be charged?
Maybe you should try resetting the system

            I did a hard reset

They charge for a sec then stop

But do not recognize usb or 2k dvr

Denny7 Do all USB harnesses come from DUDU? Or is there a USB connection to the original USB?

                dudu-lai all from dudu7

Denny7 Did you do a system reset in Android Settings?

                    dudu-lai yes

Denny7 Do you have a multimeter to measure the voltage?
Unplug the USB harness and measure the pins on the back of the mainframe to make sure you have 5V power supply
