dudu7 having problems with CarPlay and AndroidAuto

DUDU-Meng I am using One Plus 13, with android 15. With manually connecting i mean pushing the carlink button on the Dudu. I dont have to open phone first. When selecting auto connect from the Carlink options, Dudu tries to connect automatically when booting up, but that does not work. IT fails to connect.

DUDU-Meng Yes, when the switch is on, tries Dudu connect but fails every time. It just tries and tries forever. You have to exit the carlink and connect again, then it works.

Same problem here. I used a Samsung A31 and I thought the problem was on my phone. Now I have a Pixel 9a and still the same problem. It sometimes connects and then disconnects, not reliable connection.
My wife uses an Iphone 15 and I have not tested thoroughly but it seems to have the same problem also.
So, its not a phone problem.

How do I do to update de firmware from the file you provided?

Please upload a screenshot of your system information. To do this, go to Settings > About, then press and hold the image in the top-left corner.
If you're using DUDU7, try updating the Bluetooth firmware. If the issue persists after updating, please capture the logs for analysis.
Method for Bluetooth logs:
Create a new folder named “blinkdebug” in your local directory, then restart the system.
After restarting, a TXT file will automatically generate in this folder.
Next, connect to the problematic phone and have them reproduce the issues you described.

And...
When I have it, how do I do to Install it? is it the same procedure as installing a new software version (like the 3.6E version?)

System firmware can be downloaded from the forum and also updated online via the System Update app. Bluetooth firmware can be updated online under System Update > More Updates.

Hi,
I downloaded and installed the last Bluetooth firmware version and it worked better (based on sensations more than on data) but it still disconnects sometimes.

So I captured Bluetooth logs as you told me to. Please find them attached

Does your Samsung A31 automatically disconnect from DUDU after connecting via Bluetooth?

I now have a Google Pixel 9a. It connects automatically when I turn on the car and it usually works for a while (15 minutes). Then it sometimes discconects and does not connect any more. I have to go to the bluetooth settings of the dudu head, disconnect my phone and connect it again. Then it works again for a while.
