If you're using DUDU7, try updating the Bluetooth firmware. If the issue persists after updating, please capture the logs for analysis.
Method for Bluetooth logs:
Create a new folder named “blinkdebug” in your local directory, then restart the system.
After restarting, a TXT file will automatically generate in this folder.
Next, connect to the problematic phone and have them reproduce the issues you described.
