You can do an OTA upgrade on your device.
Or you can download it from the links in removed
Update: I was wrong. The 1224 is a beta version. The 1222 is still the public release version. I am sorry.

surfer63 hello, I'm have the issue where when I turn on the car and open the app it doesn't connect. Says connecting.... For like 30 seconds then just doesn't connect. I tried making carlink open right away. I have to disconnect my phone's Bluetooth and connect it a few times for it to work. Wired is also a 50/50. Usually works and sometimes I have to plug and unplug. I'm using a OnePlus 12 phone so it's not an old phone or something like that. I'm not sure how to update to a beta version and no I didn't install any other carlink version. Everything is normal update I didn't manually do any updates. Just wish it would connect on its own very simply. Also 1 side note even though it's not a big issue. Is it normal for the pixel quality on android auto to be a little blurry. It's not a major issue but just asking because screen quality is amazing but in android auto it's nowhere near as good
It can vary per phone. I just googled on OnePlus 12 and Oxygen OS in general and found a lot of issues with it and AA.
Did you check the developer options that were mentioned and even the "reset phone" that some users mentioned as "only solution"?
Same for me, it just doesn't seem working wirelessly
nello Have you tried with a Samsung/Apple phone? Or with a different one?
I have the latest version of dudu7 and still got problems with android auto
when I open the app its stuck on loading and I need to exit and open it again to make it work
also while playing music its some times lagging the music is there any way to fix it ?
using galaxy 23 ultra
Also problems with AA not connecting reliably to Car Link on DUDU7 running ver.3.5 software. Connecting first time only about 50%... Have to try reconnecting. Sometimes it connects immediately, sometimes needs 2-3 attempts. This is the case for both wireless and USB connections.
Phone is a Samsung A55 which connects 100% reliably (wireless) to Merkede M300S (7862), Eonon UA13, Pioneer etc - so I think the problem is the DUDU7 HU....
Wireless Android auto is totally useless. Does not connect every time, very unstable. Tried with One plus 10 Pro with Android 14, One plus 13 with Android 15 and Samsung s22 with latest updates. Wired Works only If the USB cable is plugged in before starting the Dudu7. This is with newest Dudu7 software.
I have same problem sometimes it connects immediately, sometimes needs 2-5 attempts. for both wireless or USB connection.
does any one know if they are even trying to fix it ?
Suki4th Maybe it doesn't meet all your hopes and expectations but far from junk, and leads the pack against all other android head units. Reset your expectations and enjoy the unit for everything that it does do good.
picasso1850 There's a fair few bugs with the Dudu7 and lack of reliable AA and CarPlay connectivity (wireless and wired) is a bit of a deal breaker for many customers. It needs rectifying urgently.
MrFixer Yeah I am with you men AA and CP is what I use the most when I am in my car.
My friend got some android HU with 4 gb of ramm and it's got tlink 5 it's working all the time first connection no problem at all no music lag or any thing and I did noticed that it's got hot spot all time on and that help it connect for the first time
