Tiadescau How did you update to Android 14? DUDU OS for your CPU is Android 10.
You just can't install DUDU OS if you really have Android 14.
So talk to your seller.

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this isn’t the right section, but this seems to be the only place where people really understand these systems.

I recently installed an Android multimedia head unit in my VW T6, purchased from the Navirelax Franchised Store on AliExpress. Everything worked fine at first. However, after updating the system to Android 14, and using it in wireless mode, the CAN bus stopped working completely.

Now I’ve lost all CAN-related functions: steering wheel controls, parking sensors, vehicle info, etc.

The seller is unresponsive or doesn’t seem to understand the issue when they do reply. I’ve tried checking CAN settings in the factory menu, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

If anyone has experienced this, or knows where I could find:
• A working firmware (or a downgrade to Android 13)
• The correct CAN protocol configuration for the VW T6
• Or even a trustworthy support service in Europe

…I’d be truly grateful. I’ve searched everywhere online and can’t find solid support.

Search (Google) for "MCU ZA001" and you'll find a thread on XDA discussing your unit. Read that thread, then ask your question there.

For no mates, the back and forth buttons are swapped and the voice button makes silent. What update do we need to make everything work properly?

Verify that you have a Raise canbox.
In Settings/Car/Protocol/Other activate toggle for skip fwd/rev, the Raise canbox needs this correction (contrary to the Hiworld canbox, which however has other errors)
To correct the voice button the Raise box needs the updated firmware discussed in this thread (the firmware on your Raise canbox is faulty). See in particular above in https://forum.dudu-auto.com/d/672-canbus-error-vw-pq-etc-swc-voice-assistant-button/11

With the updated canbox firmware, DuduOS v3.6 works fine also. The T5.2 needs to be set to the Raise/VW/PQ low protocol (not to Multivan or Caravelle).

You mean the skip buttons didn't need to be swapped before DuduOS v3.6? That's not my experience, the Raise canbox always needed the swap setting.
If you just refer to the sporadic failure, read my post and get a corrected canbox firmware. With the corrected firmware (Raise v040) there is no sporadic failure on DuduOS V3.6.

Blackbandt old Raise firmware needs an update.
Also I can see that the Toppal voice assistant is installed. Uninstall it as it doesn't work in German anyway. After uninstall (see OTA app / other update or Dudu AppStore for uninstall Voice Assistant script), you'll have Google assistant / Gemini and after updating the Raise firmware you can activate it using the SWC voice button.
