Stock OEM canbus that came from the factory. Currently running version 250729 and it will show the doors open and close but does not recognize the frunk (front truck) or rear trunk when I open it.

Hi, My car is a 2013 Toyota RAV4 XA40 (Europe). I have tried with several canbus boxes with no success showing ac information. The original multimedia unit showed that info and also two aftermarket (Junsun and Teyes).
Other functions, like open doors, rear camera and original buttons in the steering wheel, are working.

My headunit is DUDUATUTO 7 12/256 running 3.6E firmware
The canboxes tested are:

Raise: RZ-FT01 and G-RZ-FT52
Hiworld: TYF 2.20 and TYF 1.20
Simplesoft: RP5-TY-101

Dan_Dan Don't know about the AC problem, but in order to have the humidity displayed you have to have a Xiaomi thermometer connected to the head unit. Otherwise humidity is not supported in any car.

Dan_Dan I have spanish Pathfinder from 2012 and same problems with A/C. All buttons on central console work except from A/C. What canbus box do you have?

I haven't got canbus box, My car is bot supported by Dudu7auto system for AC etc. I was checking if l could get canbus box aliexpress but found that they all for other nissan models. I'm sure you could get for pathfinder

In the next update, attention can be paid to compatibility for a VW T5.2 so that the Canbus things work reliably. My brother-in-law and I both have a Dudu7 and both have a VW T5 facelift. My brother-in-law kept experiencing crashes so that none of the steering wheel buttons worked anymore and sporadically nothing that was CANbus information worked anymore.He's already installed his third CANbus box, all three from different vendors. But the problem persists..

It's a Raise VW RZ-58 Canbus Box. I've updated it here in the forum, but there's no improvement.

It's not a software issue, it is compatible and works ok with T5.2. Your case looks like a hardware (install or failure) issue from what I can see in your other messages (but you haven't followed the rules on how to report issues so it's a bit difficult... you haven't even provided the system info...). Anyway: Look for loose contact (plug not completely in socket - in HU they must lock, dislocated pin in sockets, 2pin canbus plug not placed ok in HU, defective cable in harness, etc). Especially as you've swapped canboxes already and the issues come and go.
