Manual frequency searching is glitching

When you try to fine tune the frequency, interface starts glitching.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Radio app
Try to change the frequency using the frequency bar (fine tuning)

What I understand as the problem you are talking about is the interface jumping up and down.
This issue has been fixed.
