Adas recorder - recording without mirroring video

Set “mirror” in the camera options in adas recorder, start recording, go to the list of recorded files and play back the recorded one

Double recording is not working but configured as such in settings. The only video files being recorded are front dash. It was my understanding that new dudu OS allows for dual camera recording. Does anyone have a suggestion?

picasso1850 Front and back double recording requires front and back double recording lens.

@picasso1850 , @dudu-langzi I think that here there was a misunderstanding. We are not talking about a camera that has two lenses only about recording from two cameras front and rear. And this works as long as both cameras are dudu

PatrykWaw ok thank you for that clarification. I have dudu cameras but only the front records even though setting is configured for double recording. I will try adding a USB thumb drive to USB port to see if that resolved the issue.

PatrykWaw Respectfully disagree. A grade school student could write better instructions. If the writes up were proper then I wouldn't be having such a hard time understanding which cameras can only record from flash drive, or which can only be recorded by microSD....or why i can't record both front and back to USB drive. None of that stuff, or the configuration settings are detailed anywhere. We have to guess and assume what they do without fully knowing. /end rant.

PatrykWaw I see. I had no idea it was the community that created those wiki 'instructions'. I'm also just noticing that different languages have different 'instructions' either pictorially, descriptively, or technically written within their language wiki.

How can there not be one single manual describing the entire product, all its features, and all its settings, created by Dudu has me very confused. There are large gaps in their product marketing and technical documentation; they should hire me as consultant to help steer the ship. 🙂
