Iphone hotspot Issue

Hello,
I recently purchased a DUDUAUTO 11.5 inch display for my 2012 Honda Civic. everything is working perfectly but I cant seem to acquire hotspot for the unit. when I turn my hotspot on and connect my iPhone, a message is displayed saying that my phone is connected to the device but there is no internet connection. I updated my iPhone to the latest iOS as well as the head unit. I even tried updating the Bluetooth connection and rebooted everything. still no solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen your screenshots. The current issue is that when using an iPhone as a hotspot, the DUDU7 device cannot connect to the internet when connected to this hotspot, correct?
If this is the case, please update to the latest system version and try again. If the problem persists,
there's another question: Have you installed any VPN apps or similar software?

I tried updating to the latest system version but came across this issue:

I simply downloaded the provided file still intact without making any changes. I also used a 256GB SANDISK drive.

My next step will be to capture YLOG for further information.

QuantumLex The USB must be formatted in FAT32 format. Try redownloading the file again. Read the error message. Either the file is corrupt or you haven't extracted the archive to the root of the USB drive.

QuantumLex Did you download the firmware yourself, place it on a USB drive, and select the offline file for the upgrade?
If verification fails, you can extract the files to the USB drive. Inserting it will allow automatic recognition and upgrade.

Thank you for your help. I believe I was successful in updating the software. Here is an image of the new data:

I was unable to resolve my issue but was able to capture YLOG and ANR. If these files contain sensitive information, I would feel comfortable sending them through direct messages. If that is not the case, let me know and I will paste them in this discussion post. Thank You.

Is your issue that you can't connect to the internet when linked to an iPhone's shared hotspot?
Have you tested if other Wi-Fi networks can connect normally?
If none work properly, please check if DUDU7 has any VPN-type apps installed. If no such apps are present, please capture the ylog for us. Thank you.

That is correct. I'm able to connect to my home Wi-Fi network but unable to connect my iPhone hotspot. When trying to connect my iPhone hotspot, there is an orange message displayed saying that my iPhone successfully connected to the DUDU but there is no internet connection between the 2 devices.

There are no VPN capable apps to my knowledge.

Alright, the log analysis doesn't reveal any issues. It seems the problem lies with your SIM card plan.
