hafiz_tahir Hi, I am a tester for DUDUOS6 on UIS7862 device. Here some of the bugs that I experience NavBar not auto hide even has enable auto hide when using full screen apps like carplay/android auto, 360 camera Setting page CarLink Apps UI 360 camera UI Unable to update ServerUI apps. Done clear data and cache of ServerUI apps. Still error Here my system info Thank You
caolz hafiz_tahir My device and system are the same as yours, I haven't encountered this problem. Will the issue still occur when restarting your device or turning off and then turning on the option 'Allow Apps That Require Full Scree to Hide Navbar'?
caolz Trouble The UI Server application in the app store may have some issues and has been temporarily taken down. If there is a problem with your UI Server, you can upgrade the system and use the system's built-in UI Server.
hafiz_tahir caolz i will try flash back the firmware to ensure clean firmware update and test back the navbar
hafiz_tahir caolz an update I have reflash the fresh firmware and configure this setting. It looks like the issue still there. I have tried Turn off the option the restart then turn on the option then restart. Still it wont auto hide.
caolz hafiz_tahir Yes, the information published here shall prevail https://forum.dudu-auto.com/t/Update-Bulletin.
caolz hafiz_tahir Go to Setup>About Long press the image in the upper left corner to pop up the version information interface, then take a photo.
hafiz_tahir caolz i have perform the factory reset before as one of the troubleshooting step but the issue still there. Should i try once more? Should i check for update (ota and app store - with beta) after that?
caolz hafiz_tahir Try once more. If there are still problems, try Setup>Vehicle>Factory Set>Configuration Modification>Restore Configuration Parameters again.
hafiz_tahir caolz i have Factory reset, reenable the option - still the navbar didnt auto hide Restore the configuration - still the banbar didnt auto hide *Will try to update to test 19 build
caolz hafiz_tahir Setup>System>Applications Click on the top right corner and select the Show system option Find UI Server>Storage & cache>CLEAR STORAGE Try doing this to see if it can solve the problem.
caolz hafiz_tahir Setup>System>Applications>NavBar>Storage & cache>CLEAR STORAGE Then reopen Setup>HOME>Navbar>Basic>Allow Apps That Requires Full Screen to Hide Navbar Try this.
