DUDUOS6 7862 - NavBar Not auto hide, unable to update ServerUI

I have reflash the fresh firmware and configure this setting. It looks like the issue still there. I have tried

Turn off the option the restart then turn on the option then restart. Still it wont auto hide.

Go to Setup>About
Long press the image in the upper left corner to pop up the version information interface, then take a photo.

Setup>System>Backup & Restore>Erase all data(factory reset)

caolz i have perform the factory reset before as one of the troubleshooting step but the issue still there. Should i try once more? Should i check for update (ota and app store - with beta) after that?

Try once more.
If there are still problems, try Setup>Vehicle>Factory Set>Configuration Modification>Restore Configuration Parameters again.

Restore the configuration - still the banbar didnt auto hide

*Will try to update to test 19 build

Setup>System>Applications
Click on the top right corner and select the Show system option
Find UI Server>Storage & cache>CLEAR STORAGE

Try doing this to see if it can solve the problem.

Then reopen Setup>HOME>Navbar>Basic>Allow Apps That Requires Full Screen to Hide Navbar

hafiz_tahir The problem may be that you have the top and bottom navigation bars enabled. Maybe you just need to switch to the bottom one and then the bottom one will be automatically hidden. I have both marked in the photo, but you only need to change the lower one.

wybitny2 @caolz , unfortunately, the issue still there, don't know what to do. already update to the latest build via OTA, will try fresh install the latest ROM

caolz , done perform fresh sotware installation. Nope, the issue still there. Is there any "step" in order to enable the auto hide? I just directly turn on this option.

Almost gave up on this bug and DUDUOS. Considering on reverting back to Mekede M700s original OS.

Already done that. Fresh install of the latest firmware with wipe all. Still the issue/bugs still there.
