Bought a Mekede Dudu7 unit in January and due to various reasons I did not install it until this week.
Finally figured out where OTA software update feature was but even with high speed internet it was only at 5% after like 45 minutes. Is there anything I can do to improve the speed?
Second, I tried downloading the upgrade file from the Mekede site and when I did offline update it took 3-4 hours to transfer the zip file from the usb to the local drive and then twice it said the file failed verification and that the original file was changed and then nothing. Grrr....
Question. How can I know that the file won't fail again? I have no idea what changed. Can someone confirm what the file type should be and what I could check to ensure it will work. What is a normal time for such a big update?
Super frustrated right now. Any help would be appreciated.
