chicken13 In Settings-CANBUS-Steering Wheel Button Learning, is it useful to learn the corresponding buttons?

Steering Wheel Button learning doesn’t work either. I guess it’s normal as my car using CANBus protocol.

I thing the problem come from the CANBus configuration on the HU or directly from the CANBus box itself.

Is there checks I can make?

I downloaded a video, but the data is blurry.

In the video, it's unclear which button you pressed: the volume button or the previous/next track?
You can set the background to black for better clarity.

I've been in contact with the seller's customer service, and they pointed out that the "Version Information" shows "Unknown CANBUS," which indicates that the CANBUS type has not been successfully selected and activated.

Indeed, when I select a CANBUS configuration (with an active internet connection), nothing happens. Should the device update or reboot, as I've seen in videos of other Android head units?

The engineer analyzed that the CANBUS box was not sending SWC-related information and therefore had no data.
You can try connecting the SWC signal cable to the DUDU and learning the steering wheel buttons in the DUDU.

PA6 connects to G7
PA16 connects to G6
PA15 connects to G1

Hi,
I just wanted to follow up and say thank you for your help.
I have just finished making the connections exactly as you suggested (PA6 to G7, PA16 to G6, and PA15 to G1). I'm thrilled to report that it worked perfectly! The steering wheel controls are now fully functional after using the head unit's learning feature. I'm happy with this result.
I am, of course, a little disappointed that I can't make use of the CANBUS data, but having a working solution for the controls is what truly matters.
