If you acknowledge the feature request has been made a lot of times, then instead of being rude to your customers, it's probably time to prioritize the issue and talk to your developers.
You could even post some documentation on your wiki page about planned features and their expected release date. Then maybe your customers could look at that instead of making separate requests.
Or alternatively, you can not post documentation, don't give ETAs, get annoyed and be rude to any customers who ask on this forum which is supposedly for discussing these exact kinds of problems, and see how that works out for you.
