Problems with bluetooth connection

If, after restoring factory settings, the device is connected to the internet but the host cannot detect the phone's Bluetooth, and the phone cannot detect the host either, it is highly likely that there is a hardware issue. Please contact customer service for after-sales support.

DUDU-Meng yes it did connect to my phones hotspot. They are not being very usefull. I bought my unit from aliexpress

You can also try opening the factory settings and clicking on “Repair Configuration Parameters”
to see if that works.

Create a new folder called blinkdebug locally.
Then restart. A TXT file will be generated in this folder.
Next, perform Bluetooth-related operations, such as trying to search for your phone's Bluetooth.
Finally, send me this TXT file.
You can also capture YLOG and send it to me at the same time. Refer to the pinned post for instructions.

It seems that I have the same problem with bluetooth connection. I had 7862 HU with Official Dudu OS 3.6 upgraded recently.
The HU still can connect automatically with my HUD without any problem, but had problem when connecting with my iphone 15. It lost connection with the iphone and it can only connect again after trying many times, but still lost again when the car restarted.
So every time I started the car, I have to try to connect HU with my phone via bluetooth. This problem didn't happen with the previous Dudu OS version.
Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Hoannguyen Please update to the latest 20250728 system version, open the system upgrade app, select “More Upgrades” > “Bluetooth Firmware Upgrade” > “Online Update Check,” download, and upgrade.
