Problems with bluetooth connection

Hi, I have a DUDU5 and always used to use android auto. Recently while driving the navigation map in android auto didn't load in anymore. After that I have been having problems with connecting my phone to the unit.
It started with it connecting after around 10 minutes of driving. I tried to remove my phone from the HU and the HU from my phone. When I tried to reconnect it, it just would not connect. The unit doesn't see my phone and my phone doesn't see the HU.
I tried to factory reset the unit, didn't change anything. Tried updating from 3.6 beta to 3.6 official with a factory reset, didn't change anything. Today i updated to 3.6E beta and that also didn't change anything.
I really want to use android auto but right now i just can not get it to work. wired also doesn't work, tried with the 4 pin usb cable but that doesn't do anything.

I have the bluetooth antenna plugged in.

I hope someone can help me solve this so I can use my headunit properly again. Right now I can not even connect my phone to the HU.

What model is your phone?
Could this issue be caused by your phone? Android Auto displays the screen of your phone. If the Android Auto navigation map does not load, it seems that there is a problem with your phone.
You can try testing the connection with another mobile phone to see if there is a problem.

DUDU-Meng i have a s23 but tried with iphones and other android phones. None of them see the HU in bluetooth settings

Moti Are you unable to find DUDUAUTO's Bluetooth on your phone?
Or is DUDU unable to find your phone's Bluetooth?
To search for your phone's Bluetooth, you need to open the Bluetooth interface on your phone so that it will broadcast Bluetooth.
If you don't know how to do this, you can use your phone to search for DUDUAUTO's Bluetooth and connect to it.

DUDU-Meng both, i have the bt menu open on the unit but also on my phone. Neither of them see eachother. I have had it working before.

If you can see the Bluetooth version number in the system information, then the Bluetooth module should be working normally. If you really can't find it, then we recommend restoring the factory settings and trying again.

If, after restoring factory settings, the device is connected to the internet but the host cannot detect the phone's Bluetooth, and the phone cannot detect the host either, it is highly likely that there is a hardware issue. Please contact customer service for after-sales support.

DUDU-Meng yes it did connect to my phones hotspot. They are not being very usefull. I bought my unit from aliexpress

You can also try opening the factory settings and clicking on “Repair Configuration Parameters”
to see if that works.

Create a new folder called blinkdebug locally.
Then restart. A TXT file will be generated in this folder.
Next, perform Bluetooth-related operations, such as trying to search for your phone's Bluetooth.
Finally, send me this TXT file.
You can also capture YLOG and send it to me at the same time. Refer to the pinned post for instructions.
