Hello, my vehicle is a 2015 Kia Borrego JBL digital amplifier. I'm not sure if it's a bug in dudu os or a problem with the canbox. The problematic symptoms are that if you play music, you can't control the volume, the sound quality is very low, and the audio output is also low. I've tried changing a lot of setting values such as vehicle protocol, EQ, amplifier output, etc. to try to solve this problem on my own, but it's not working out. Other types of cars using hi ss 04 canvas in the two forums in Korea are also experiencing a lot of symptoms. In dudu os 3.5, there are owners who say that there was no problem, and that changing the canvas is okay. However, I'm just saying that this is a hypothesis and it's not a definite solution.
