dudu-lai I've changed so many protocol settings to solve this problem: ix45,all,sorentoetc… However, everyone is having the same problem. According to the Korea Forum, it seems to be related to the sw version of the canbox.

For simpleCANBUS box, this has happened before with Kia K7, also about volume and sound issues. Is the problem similar? Does it help?

Pokba The only thing you can do is try replacing the CANBUS box, which is what the K7 owner did.

If you have some free time, you can try changing the wiring harness connection method, use DUDU's coaxial signal to output to the original amplifier, so that simple CANBUS does not parse the audio chip (simple is to convert analog RCA audio to coaxial signal to AMP amplifier)

dudu-lai Thank you. I bought another new can box to check if the can box is defective. I will exchange it and if the same problem persists, I will try it. Wouldn't it be a problem if I connect it directly without going through the can box?
ps. The uploaded picture is the factory unit of my car.
