Chrisdudu DUDU-Meng I managed to upgrade the MCU, but still no difference. Can you please help out? This testing created far worse problems now. The ports are physically not broken. They get power when I reboot, but stop working when the unit boots up.
DUDU-Meng DUDU-Meng We hope you can help us capture the log. If you need to roll back the system, you need to add a downgrade file. Create a new empty file and rename it lsec-downgrade.

Chrisdudu DUDU-Meng I haven’t found a moment yet. But the new update got pushed, also doesn’t work. Am I stuck forever on this broken software now?
DUDU-Meng Chrisdudu After you capture the log, you can export the file via wireless transmission. If you need to upgrade the system, you can also find a way to wirelessly transfer the system package to the local directory for upgrading.
Chrisdudu DUDU-Meng The file was small, only with this. And this is the other screenshot Why can’t I just upgrade by OTA?
DUDU-Meng Chrisdudu Because the latest version has not yet been launched in the service area, it cannot be upgraded online. The log you captured should be the root directory ylog folder, not this file.
DUDU-Meng DUDU-Meng After capturing the logs, you can try upgrading to the latest firmware version 20250729 on the forum
Chrisdudu DUDU-Meng I just pushed start and moments later stop. I don't know what to capture. The USB ports don't do anything anyway. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pj-8QKz9AwSQ2Zy0FNGuewnmmiYVenNh/view?usp=sharing
Chrisdudu DUDU-Meng I fixed it! I made a USB stick with 3.6E official and I forced an update via Rebuild Parameters. This forces a reboot where the unit scans for update files through USB, before the software kills the ports. After the update it all worked again.
