Music widget buggy

surfer63 thanks. It didn't work sadly with switching to the player and then pip. What is even worse the unit started to play from both players at the same time.
I don't have universal player, just system music or generic music or list of apps...

Today it's even more unusable.

Listened to BT music
Turned off the car for 5 mins
Selected either Tidal or UAPP and started to play. Plugin not updating, neither navi bar.
Pressed play on the plugin and Dudu started to play from BOTH players at the same time.

Plugin didn't recover until restart.

It's just driving me nuts, multimedia unit that can't properly do a widget for music?

I think you may have misunderstood. The music plugin in the bottom navigation bar displays the player settings of the main music plugin, not any player you open at random. If you want to use it this way, you can select “auto-detect” in the music plugin.

DUDU-Meng I understand it's from main plugin. I do not have option auto detect in the main plugin.
Also, you seem to ignore the info that unit started to play BOTH players, which should not happen at all.

Mikescotland Once you select this option, any standard Android player will be automatically recognized. Some proprietary players will not be read and can only be connected to the SDK, which requires a separate selection from the connected app.

DUDU-Meng I know the process how to do it.
I wouldn't be reporting a bug if I did not comply with requirements.
From other users messages it is clear it's buggy, users reporting no reaction after starting the car and losing functionality.

Generic music plugin is universal plugin. It can read all multimedia player (including YT and netflix) except radio system. If you choose radio ( dudu system), the music homescreen cannot show the channel name until you change generic music plugin to system music plugin. To solve this issue, I use radio from NavRadio+ and setting using generic music plugin.

ombakjernih that's what I've done. Nav+. It doesn't solve the problem of plugin freezing after power on...
I don't get why radio isn't supported, completely illogical.
Spending money for an app so the plugin can work as it supposed to be is kind of pointless.
Bluetooth audio also isn't supported looks like? What a mess

Task setting - play music need to set if you want auto play when turn on engine. You can can refer wikidudu or other post.
