The following profiles should all have the delay you describe, they are adjusting the OEM AMP volume (the DUDU output volume is fixed and does not adjust the DUDU volume), and since the OEM AMP volume is adjusted incrementally, there will be a delay.
Sonata 9 - 2016.HIGH.AMP
Hyundai/Kia - Sorento - XP(H)
Hyundai/Kia - Sorento - XP(AMP-35)
You can select Hyundai/Kia - K5-2016-HIHG, DUDU and stock AMP volume to be adjusted separately and individually at Vehicle Information - AMP Settings - Car Volume - Separate Individual Adjustments. Try it and see if it improves?

I've tried all configuration on section Hyundai/Kia, and discovered that for my car(Kia K7 (K700) Hybrid, 2016) best is:

for sound is XP(simple) - Hyundai/KIA - Sonata9 - 2016.HIGH.AMP
for other things(Steering wheel buttons, Door open status, Parking sensors, Climate control, etc) is XP(simple) - Hyundai/KIA - K5 - 2016

qwertykolea Select Hyundai/Kia - K5-2016-HIHG Sound seems low?
Sonata 9 - 2016.HIGH.AMP profile: there is a delay issue when DUDU sends a command to the XP CANBUS box to adjust the OEM AMP volume, XP says this is normal (the stock AMP needs to be adjusted one level at a time), you may want to try another brand of CANBUS that may not have this issue!

Yes, I've seen it, but which one exactly.
I've googled and find out that raise rz-12; raise rz-13; raise rz-14; works generaly on Kia cars, but I'm not sure what is the best for Kia K7 (K700) Hybrid, 2016.

Hi, yes I've tried this configuration too. Result almost the same as with Sonata9 - 2016.HIGH.AMP, but sound a little bit worse.

Hi, I bought another canbus (RZ-HYK-13 and RZ-HYK-14 (AMP)) as you recommended, but noise sound became even louder.
