I have just installed a dudu7 to a 2011 Audi Q5
The items were all provided by your shop except the frame because you don't do a RHD one for this.

First issue, instructions are limited on this, how do you utilise the original screen? The original system has items you need to be able to access. When I had a unbranded head unit this is also how you use FM.

Next is the parking sensors, the parking sensors are still beeping in the background but are not showing on the screen. I've tried looking through the settings and not found anything that would stop them from working. Parking sensors are front and back.

I've attached a screen shot of the modules I've been provided with. I've selected Raise as the module, is that right? The doors are showing as opening and the air conditioning is also showing on screen.

    Stefancapri Display the original vehicle system in the device's AUX application. If it does not display (please check the tulip connector). If the displayed image is incomplete (change the original vehicle screen size and resolution in the settings of the vehicle information application)

      Ok great, I've found how to access the old menu.
      I cannot use the existing fm aerial then, I need to install an aftermarket one?

      What about the parking sensors?

            Sorry for the delay, I work away. I've done the new os update. No change. The canbus interface is working because I get climate control information.

                    Stefancapri I can't seem to hear the reverse radar buzzer.
                    Does it sound or show up when you go into the stock system and put it in reverse gear to approach an obstacle?

                        Hi, yes it does beeping in the background still. If I mess around selecting the stock system before parking yes I can get the original system to display.

                                Stefancapri In the non-reversing image interface, there is no radar car model when reversing, so the radar information is not displayed.
                                You need to turn on the reversing image screen switch to display the reversing image information here.

                                    That setting is selected. It does not notice that reverse gear is selected.

                                    My other car with dudu parking sensor screen comes on as soon as the button is pressed or reverse is selected. Not only when reverse is selected.

                                            I thought i replied to this. Sorry for the late reply, i was hoping this was going to be more plug and play, my wife uses the car daily and has a 6 month old baby so dosent like not having access to her car.

                                            I have checked the reverse wire, I do not get a signal from the canbus box. I've tried un plugging and re plugging it in. In respect to this im assuming its a canbus box issue then? Because the dudu unit has no control of how the box deals with the reverse signal?

                                            When i applied the signal to the reverse line it did bring up the reverse camera but still could not see any parking sensor signals. The head unit is definitely seeing the doors opening and the steering angle.

                                              I've tried using this canbus box also. No reverse detection. But this one allows the parking sensors to work correctly.

                                              I've checked the vehicle with diagnostic and it is detecting reverse.

                                              What do you suggest?

                                              I need to alter the aux ratio. As you can see from the photo the ratio is way out either using this canbus box.
