Bluetooth or Contact screen override when braking.

I have an problem with the DuduOS 3.6 that came from factory, when Im driving and brake the car, the bluetooth or contact screen override any actual screen except from the Rear Camera when the car is in reverse, is something wrong that I did? Help, please.

Theres nothing configured there. I saw someone saying that It could be the CANBUS, that he also have a Nissan, but is not Sylphy/Sentra, my Nissan Sentra is 2017, there are no CANBUS interface available for him in the screen setup. Only 2018 forward or 2013 (Sylphy).

My SWC does not work, but the rest works fine, 360 camera, door indicator, turn signal.

@caolz is possible to add to the roadmap the support for this canbus on Nissan Sentra/Sylpht 2017? Right now is not working, I already tried to do the debug processes, like looking if the pin is not connect. But i think that the problem is that the DuduOS does not work, I saw previously a thread to let people put which are their canbus and car version. I paid the premium version of the DuduOS because I trust in the quality of the service.

DUDU-Meng Yes, I thought that was RZC, but looks like is Simple Soft, but I did not find any option for it. Also I tested all options and did not worked.

It seems to be a problem with Canbox and the selected Canbus. Have you asked customer service about this?
Are there any other problems with using this Canbus besides the Bluetooth phone popping up?

DUDU-Meng Today I tested another Canbox option and the problem with bluetooth was solved. The only issue now is that the SWC is not working.

There are no issues beyound the SWC not working with this canbox.

Everything that I know that is comming from this canbus is working fine like:

Door Open
Camera (Turn Signal, Door Open, Alert Signal)

I choose the Simple (Nissan Sylphy 2020 - HIGH) btw.

Your CANBUS box hardware is XP (Simple) brand.
You should select CANBUS box: XP (Simple), Car barand: Nissan in your device's system.

If you want to use CANBUS box: RZC (Rasize) in the system, you can buy an RZC brand CANBUS box hardware.

Although the CANBUS box hardware of these two brands can sometimes be used interchangeably, there may be issues in some cases, such as the one we are discussing here.

I selected the XP (Simple) Nissan Sentra, but there are only 2020 and 2020 HIGH options available, I also tried the SWC-learn, nothing happens. Is worth to tell that my car version is 2017.

Which are the steps to enable the CANBUS debug? So I can watch if any code are generated when pressing the SWC buttons.
