Not sure if it's what you're looking for but I use Lelink2 obd2 adapter. I chose this as, using the lelink app, you can set it to power completely down after a few minutes of ignition being off. Comes back on as soon as key is inserted. I don't like the idea of leaving an obd device permanently on, which it is normally even with the car ignition off and locked.
Pairs fine each time using either Youjia Premium or Youjia Internet version.
Note: this connection is independent of Bluetooth connection on Android. So it has issues being detected by torque pro as there's no Bt connection established. To use with torque you'd need to disconnect from head unit settings and set up as Bt. Not sure if you're just using it for car details or 3rd party apps...
If you're using for actual car diagnostics I can for sure recommend Thinkcar BD6 Full System Diagnostic Tool Bluetooth OBD2 Code Reader Car Scanner. Comes with lifetime subscription to the unlocked app and all car brands (the 2 way version costs more - where you can control windows, fans etc etc from app)
