Unfortunately, I have the same problem with my CAN bus adapter. The update always stops at 0%. I think this is a problem with Dudu and not with the adapter. I've tried it with both OD devices, but to no avail.
The next step will be to install the update with a different head unit.
I don't have any problems with random skipping with the Teyes CC3. This only happens with Dudu.
