RPM & TRIP not working in vehicle information

In order to provide more effective error feedback, please be sure to provide the following basic information to minimize communication costs

I just install canbus using Raise (Rz). I'm using Toyota vellfire anh20 2008. So far millage and speed no issue but rpm & trip not show.
I also use obd and it shows voltage & water temp.

Below is my canbus model I use

[2] Provide a screenshot of the system information and take a picture of the system information in the pop-up window by long-pressing on the top-left image for 3 seconds in “Car Settings”-“About”.

[3] Is it possible to reproduce the error and what are the steps to reproduce the error?
I try change to others car still no show rpm & trip.

Can you provide some logs?
Open this option Setup>Vehicle>Factory Set>Other>Export CANBUS Log to .txt File
Drive the vehicle for a while, then turn off this option(Be sure to turn off this option when not in use, otherwise it may affect device performance).
Open the Files app and send the log file from the canBusALog folder in the root directory here.
(Do not modify or delete the content of the log file by yourself.)

Herewith attached are the log files for Raise Canbus. I need divided into 2 files because the attachment can't upload more 2MB.
For Raise Canbus door info, steering trajectory, parking radar, speed, outside temp, total millage, remaining range and average consumption are okay.
RPM, water temp, trip millage A&B and AC control not working.

Below is another log using Hiworld canbus. i using setting Toyota - Vellfire 2008-2015 - Asean no 360.
Door info, steering trajectory, parking radar, speed, total millage, average consumption, remaining range and footbrake are working.
I found data not avaliable like RPM, outside temp, AC control.
water temp not accurate.
